Pursuant to the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), Supra Pacific Financial Services has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for purchasing/selling/dealing in the shares of the Company, shall remain closed effective from October 1st, 2025 for designated person (and their immediate relatives) and will be opened 48 hours after announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending September 30th, 2025 to the Stock Exchanges. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending September 30, 2025, will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all designated persons, shall not involve in any transaction for dealing / trading in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window.
