The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.
