In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s code of conduct relating to prevention of Insider Trading, BCPL Railway Infrastructure has informed that the Trading Window of the Company for trading/dealing in securities/shares of the company shall remain closed for the Directors, Designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from i.e. 1 October, 2025 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30thSeptember, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 will be intimated separately in due course of time.
