Parsvnath Developers has informed that pursuant to the relevant provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives (Code) adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company for the Insiders covered under the Code, for the quarter ending September 30, 2025, will be closed from October 01, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2025. However, the trading window is already under closure for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
