Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto, Aptech has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities (Equity Shares) of the Company will remain closed for all Insiders, Designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from October 01, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Accordingly, all Insiders, Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of the Board Meeting held for consideration, approval and declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 shall be intimated separately in due course.
