Gulf Oil Lubricants India has informed that in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to the Company’s Internal Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from October 1, 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Company’s Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2025 and becomes generally available information. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2025 shall be intimated separately in due course.
