Concord Enviro Systems’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Rochem Separation Systems (India) has acquired 100% of the equity share capital of Pathak Utility (PUPL). Consequently, PUPL has become step-down subsidiary of the company. This acquisition has strategically aimed at strengthening and expanding the presence of Rochem Separation Systems (India) in the water treatment sector, especially the third party O&M business of the group. Cost of acquisition is Rs 1.01 crore.
Concord Enviro Systems is engaged in the business of manufacturing water treatment systems, water pollution control equipment, bio filters, resource recovery systems using membrane technology and operational and maintenance services.
