TVS Motor Company unveils new scooter ‘Jupiter’ in Rajasthan

TVS Motor Company has launches its new vehicle -- Jupiter -- in Rajasthan, aiming to have 24 per cent market share in two-wheeler, especially scooter, segment in future. Currently, the company is having 13 per cent market share in Rajasthan.

New scooter was styled to attract the male customer with a fuel efficiency of 62 km per litre. The scooter is also installed with a mobile phone charger.

Recently, the company has registered 16% increase in total sales in September 2013 which stood at 1,97,409 units as against 1,70,097 units in the same month last year.
