Patel Retail has entered into an agreement with Messer Kirin Advisors (KAPL), a reputed Investor and Public Relations (IR & PR) agency with over 13 years of experience in the domain, for providing strategic investor relations and public relations advisory services. The said agreement is aimed at strengthening the company’s communication with investors, enhancing public relations initiatives, and ensuring effective engagement with various stakeholders.
KAPL will act as the key liaison for all investor communications, media engagements, and public relations initiatives on behalf of the Company and its Indian Chaska brand from time to time.
Patel Retail is primarily engaged as a retail supermarket chain operating in tier-III cities and nearby suburban areas, with focus on ‘value retail’, offering food, non-food (FMCG), general merchandise and apparel catering to the needs of the entire family.
