Hyundai Motor surges on commencing production of passenger vehicles at Talegaon Plant in Pune

Hyundai Motor India is currently trading at Rs. 2585.00, up by 47.95 points or 1.89% from its previous closing of Rs. 2537.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2541.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2590.00 and Rs. 2510.00 respectively. So far 11623 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2889.65 on 22-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1542.95 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2725.10 and Rs. 2506.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 208051.15 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 82.50%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.84% and 2.67% respectively.

Hyundai Motor has successfully commenced production of Passenger Vehicles at its Manufacturing Facility ‘Talegaon Plant’ located at MIDC, Talegaon Industrial Area, Phase-II Expansion, Tehsil-Maval, Dist. Pune, Maharashtra, with effect from October 01, 2025 with an Annual installed capacity of 170,000 units.

Hyundai Motor India is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hyundai Motor company headquartered in South Korea. The company primarily manufactures and sells four-wheeler passenger vehicles and parts, such as transmissions and engines in India and outside India.
