Yes Bank has informed that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Bank has approved the allotment of 12,45,046 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each on October 07, 2025 pursuant to exercise of 12,45,046 stock options under YBL PESOP 2020 plan under YBL ESOS 2020 Scheme & RSU Plan 2024, and the Bank has realized Rs 1,67,61,660 by exercise of stock options. Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from Rs. 62,74,46,01,790 consisting of 31,37,23,00,895 equity shares of Rs 2 each to Rs 62,747,091,882 consisting of 31,373,545,941 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
