The incorporation of a Subsidiary of the Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with the name and style of ‘Jain CY Circular Solutions Private Limited’ or ‘Jain CY Recycling Private Limited’; 2. Taking note of the change in street name of the registered office address of the Company as notified by the Greater Chennai Corporation (Government of Tamil Nadu), from ‘Waddels Road’ to ‘Bishop Ezra Sargunam Road’, without any change in the actual location or premises of the registered office, which shall now read as: The Lattice, Old No. 7/1, New No. 20, 4th Floor, Bishop Ezra Sargunam Road, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600010, Tamil Nadu, India. The relevant details as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024 (collectively referred to as SEBI Circulars) are enclosed as Annexure - A.
