Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Eraaya Lifescapes has informed that, as part of an internal realignment of the audit framework within certain subsidiaries of the Company operating under the Ebix Inc. structure, one of the joint statutory auditors has decided to discontinue its association due to nonalignment on certain commercial terms. Accordingly, the other joint statutory auditor, K. G. Somani & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, a firm of repute, shall continue as the Sole Statutory Auditor of the said subsidiaries for the remainder of their term. The said change has been effected in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and relevant regulations, and pertains solely to subsidiary-level audits and does not impact the Statutory Auditors or the financial statements of the company or its other subsidiaries.
