SIS’ step-down subsidiary-- SIS Australia Group has signed definitive agreements to acquire 100% shareholding in State Medical Assistance Holdings. The acquisition is strategically aligned with SIS’ Medical & Rescue business in Australia. It will enhance the SIS Australia Group’s portfolio by adding patient transport services. cost of acquisition is AUD 2.5 million.

SIS provides security, facility management and cash logistics services, which are essential to the functioning of a vibrant and healthy economy.
