Modulex Construction Technologies has secured its first revenue-generating contract for delivery of a school project in Mumbai using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) technology. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of May 2026, prior to commencement of the next academic year. The client has chosen Modulex for its speed of delivery and high-quality finishing.
Also, Phase I of its state-of-the-art factory has been completed, and manufacturing of various modular products will commence in the near future. This development marks a significant milestone for Modulex as it enters its revenue phase, supporting the company’s objective of contributing to nation-building, particularly in the priority sector of schools and educational infrastructure.
