PNC Infratech has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in the name and style of 'PNC Renewable Energy’ to take up the projects related to Renewable Energy Sector. The company has incorporated WOS on October 13, 2025.
Earlier, the company had received Letter of Acceptance from Bihar State Road Development Corporation for the Project namely ‘Construction of High-Level Bridge and Approach Road on Hathouri-Atrar-Bavangama-Aurai Road in Bihar.'
