Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, as confirmed by its Registrar and Share Transfer Agents (RTA), Maheshwari Datamatics, Veedol Corporation has certified that no dematerialization request for the equity shares of the Company had been received by the RTA during the period 01/07/2025 to 30/09/2025. Therefore, no confirmation for dematerialization was made by the RTA for the aforesaid period. A confirmation letter in this regard as received from Maheshwari Datamatics is enclosed.
