In continuation with the earlier outcome vide dated 15th October, 2025 for the Board Meeting held on 15th October. 2025, J R Foods has informed that the company has rectified the inadvertent clerical/typographical error in the name of new appointing director in second point third lane. Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company has submitted the revised outcome of Board Meeting after rectified all the clerical errors for the good corporate governance.
