Dilip Buildcon has informed that Dilip Buildcon along with its 100% Subsidiary, has transferred its entire balance equity shareholding i.e. 54% and NCDs (as per Annexure A) held in its following subsidiaries to Anantam Highways Trust (InvIT) viz. 1. Bangalore Malur Highways Limited 2. Malur Bangarpet Highways Limited 3. Repallewada Highways Limited 4. Viluppuram Highways Limited 5. Narenpur Purnea Highways Limited 6. Dodaballapur Hoskote Highways Limited 7. Dhrol Bhadra Highways Limited The Company along with its 100% subsidiaries have received total 958,50,139 units of Anantam Highways Trust (InvIT) having face value of Rs 100 per unit. Further, AIF 'ALPHA ALTERNATIVES INFRASTRUCTURE FUND' wherein the Company has beneficial interest of 98.48% as on date has received total 36,045,096 units of Anantam Highways Trust (InvIT) having face value of Rs 100 per unit.
