Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, CSB Bank has informed that Madhavan Menon has completed his tenure of eight years as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Bank on October 19, 2025, in terms of Section 10A(2A)(i) of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, read with the Reserve Bank of India Guidelines on ‘Corporate Governance in Banks – Appointment of Directors and Constitution of Committees of the Board’ dated April 26, 2021. Consequently, Madhavan Menon ceased to be a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Bank with effect from October 20, 2025. The disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure- I.
