Union Bank of India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025, to consider amongst others, the Unaudited Reviewed Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Bank for the Quarter ended on September 30, 2025. In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, it was informed vide letter no. ISD/234/2025-26 dated 25th September 2025 that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Bank shall remain closed for the Designated persons and all other insiders from October 01, 2025 up to 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter ended on September 30, 2025.
