In continuation to its letter dated 05th May, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Ceigall India has informed that Ceigall Southern Ludhiana Bypass, a subsidiary of the Company, has received a letter dated 22nd October, 2025 from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), confirming the noting of financial close for the said project.
