Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR Regulations’), Garuda Construction and Engineering has informed the Company has received a work order worth approximately Rs. 231 crores for the construction of a rehabilitation building admeasuring about 6.17 lakh sq. ft. in Chandivali, Mumbai, with a completion period of 3 years. Following the receipt of this order, the Company’s total order book now stands at approximately Rs. 3,460.78 crores as on date.
