Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has infused $25 million as equity in its Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Netherlands i.e. IHOCO BV. The investment amount will be used by IHOCO BV to further make investment in its subsidiaries, inter alia, for repayment of debt and operational requirements. There will be no change in the percentage of shareholding of the company in IHOCO BV. It will continue to remain a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
