Kallam Textiles has entered into a Job Work Agreement with Newgen Textiles LLP. In terms of Job Work Agreement, the company will convert the Cotton to Yarn. The Company will receive job work charges for manufacturing of Yarn. The said transaction is in the best interest of the company. This will also help in utilizing company’s unutilized manufacturing capacity.
Kallam Textiles manufactures cotton yarn mainly for the export market.
