Cyient DLM has informed that in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, Board at its meeting held on 24 October 2025 has approved: Appointment of R M Subramanian as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Person (KMP) of the company effective 24 October 2025;?Shrinivas?Kulkarni, the current Chief Financial Officer, will transition from his present role to assume a strategic role within the Cyient?Group. As part of this leadership transition,?Kulkarni will work closely with the newly appointed CFO over the next few weeks to ensure seamless handover of responsibilities. The resignation letter of Kulkarni is attached as Annexure-2; This structured transition process is designed to maintain continuity in Cyient DLM’s financial governance, operational excellence, and compliance standards during the changeover period. The Company remains committed to strong financial stewardship and strategic alignment with its long-term growth objectives.
