Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Enviro Infra Engineers has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 4th November, 2025, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025. Further, in continuation to its letter dated 29th September, 2025 and in terms of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company remains closed from Wednesday, 1st October, 2025 and shall continue to remain closed till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the above unaudited financial results to the stock exchanges.
