Huhtamaki India has informed that pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today i.e. on October 30, 2025, approved the appointment of Kamal Taneja (DIN: 08063619) as Additional Director and Managing Director for a term of 3 consecutive years w.e.f. January 16, 2026 till January 15, 2029. The appointment of Taneja would be subject to approval by the shareholders and other statutory approvals, as may be applicable.
