Amines & Plasticizers has informed that the Company has published advertisements in the newspaper today i.e. October 30, 2025, in Financial Express (English language) - All India Editions and Dainandin Bharta (Assamese language) informing about a ‘special window’ for the period of ‘July 7, 2025 till January 6, 2026’ for ‘Relodgement’ of transfer requests only for those physical shares lodged before April 01, 2019, But rejected/returned/not attended to due to deficiency in the documents/process/or otherwise as per the SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 2, 2025 and awareness about 100 days Campaign - ‘Saksham Niveshak’, from ‘July 28, 2025 to November 6, 2025’, an initiative by the IEPFA, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, appealing the concerned shareholders to update their KYC details, bank mandates, nomination, and contact information to claim the unpaid/unclaimed dividends before transfer of the said unpaid/unclaimed dividends and the corresponding shares to IEPF and to ensure dividends are credited to the rightful shareholders/claimants.
