Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Vedanta has notified that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) of Vedanta in its meeting held on October 31, 2025, has approved vesting of the Employee Stock Option Grants 2022 under Vedanta Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme to the eligible employees of the Company and its Subsidiary Companies; and performance based grants under the Vedanta Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme to eligible employees of the Company including Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management. The meeting of the members of the NRC of the Company commenced at 12:35 pm IST and concluded at 12:55 pm IST.
