Electro Mech has informed that Riya Vipulbhai Kanani (DIN: 11100598) has tendered her resignation due to personal reasons from the post of Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from 01.11.2025 and said Resignation letter is attached. Pursuant to provisions of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, further the company has confirmed that there is no other reason of cessation other than provided in the resignation letter. The additional details required for the same according to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11 November 2024, are enclosed as Annexure A.
