Maruti Suzuki India reports 7% rise in total sales in October 2025

Maruti Suzuki India has reported 7% rise in total sales (Domestic + Export) to 2,20,894 units in October 2025 as compared to sales of 2,06,434 units in October 2024. Total domestic passenger vehicle sales were at 1,76,318 units in October 2025 compared to 1,59,591 units in the same month last year, up 10.48%. Out of which, the sales of compact cars of the company, including Baleno, Celerio, Dzire, Ignis, Swift, and WagonR, rose 15.46% to 76,143 units in October 2025 from 65,948 units in October 2024. The sales of mini-segment cars - Alto and S-Presso declined by 15.16% to 9,067 units in October 2025 as compared to 10,687 units in the same month last year. 

Further, utility vehicles - Grand Vitara, Fronx, Invicto, Brezza, Ertiga, XL6, Jimny and Victoris sales gained 9.81% to 77,571 units in October 2025 as compared to 70,644 units in the same month a year ago. Besides, sales of Eeco vans stood at 13,537 units in October 2025 against 11,653 units in October 2024, a rise of 16.17%. Moreover, light commercial vehicle - Super Carry sales increased 23.11% to 4,357 units in October 2025 from 3,539 units in the same month last year. 

The company’s exports in October 2025 stood at 31,304 units as compared to 33,168 units in October 2024, a registering a de-growth of 5.62%.
