Further, in continuation of our letter dated 24th September 2025, the Trading Window in respect of dealing in the Company’s Securities was closed for all Directors/Designated Employees and their relatives from the opening of the trading hours on Wednesday, 1st October, 2025, which shall remain closed till the closure of trading hours on 14th November, 2025 i.e. till the completion of 48 hours after conclusion of the Board meeting as per the policy for prohibition of Insider Trading (‘the Code’) adopted by the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time.
