Pursuant to Regulation 30, read with Schedule III, Part A, Para B of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Company’s Policy on Determination of Materiality, Vinati Organics has informed about completion of Phase 1 of Acrylamide Tertiary-Butyl Sulfonic Acid (ATBS) capacity expansion, and the expanded plant has commenced commercial operations. This Phase 1 expansion increases the Company’s ATBS production capacity by 10,000 metric tonnes per annum, enabling it to cater to the growing global demand, reduce order backlogs and is expected to support the Company’s growth in FY 2025-26.
