Kridhan Infra has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. In reference to the letter dated November 6, 2025 with regard to sudden demise of CA Bakulesh R Kotecha, (proprietor of B.R. Kotecha & Co., Chartered Accountants Firm's Regn. No. 105283W.), Statutory Auditor of the Company. In view of above, the Company will publish the financial results for the quarter and half Year ended on September 30, 2025 without Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company in pursuance of Company's Insider Trading Code, shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the above said financial results of the Company.
