TeamLease Service has acquired an additional 10% stake in TSR Darashaw HR Services (TSR Darashaw). Post acquisition, TSR Darashaw stands as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company with effect from November 07, 2025. The said acquisition helps strengthen the company’s market position in the Managed Payroll services space in India by giving it access to an existing client base of 70 enterprises with over 1.65 lakh records.
