Further to letter dated 06th November, 2025 submitted to the Stock Exchange regarding the Investment in Subsidiary Company - KWVL, Kinetic Engineering has informed that a typographical error was noticed in the said disclosure (Annexure A). Accordingly, a revised disclosure incorporating the necessary correction is being submitted. Pursuant to the provision of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, the details of investment made by the company in its Subsidiary Company - Kinetic Watts and Volts, is enclosed as an Annexure A.
