In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Valplast Technologies has informed that Rajeev Tyagi (ACS: A13035) has tendered his resignation vide his resignation letter dated 10.11.2025 from the post of Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company with effect from 13.11.2025 as per resignation letter attached. Further, he has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for the resignation other than those provided in his resignation letter.
