The same are also being uploaded on the website of the Company: www.dhampur.com. The Unaudited Financial Results shall be published in newspapers as per the Listing Regulations. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 01:00 pm (IST) and concluded at 01:45 pm (IST).
