With refer to letters dated September 23, 2025 regarding the submission of an application with National Stock Exchange of India and BSE for reclassification of Dinesh Gupta and persons related to him (Promoter group) of the Bank from the Promoter/Promoter Group category to Public category, Capital Small Finance Bank has informed that, the Bank has received No-objection letter from BSE vide its letter No. LIST/COMP/SJ/551/2025-2026 dated November 14, 2025 for reclassification of following outgoing Promoter group shareholder as Public Shareholder in accordance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI LODR Regulations.
