BEML, Tata Steel and Hindustan Zinc to see some action today

BEML has entered into a quadripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with M/s Andhra Pradesh Maritime Board (APMB), M/s Delhi metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) and M/s Umeandus Technologies India (UTIPL). The MoU parties have formed an alliance covering the areas of Real Time Automatic Cargo Evacuation System (e-FTS, Enhance Freight Transport System) wherein APMB is the client and DMRC (Lead member), BEML & UTIPL are execution partners for development of pilot project for Real Time Automatic Cargo Evacuation System (e-FTS, Enhance Freight Transport System) at Machilipatnam Port.

Tata Steel’s indirect wholly owned foreign subsidiary -- Tata Steel I Jmuiden B.V. (TSIJ), Netherlands, Europe, has executed a share purchase agreement with Vattenfall Power Generation Netherlands B.V. (Vattenfall), for acquisition of 100% equity stake in LAG Velsen B.V., an entity to be incorporated by Vattenfall for the purpose of this transaction, at an agreed purchase price of up to euro 140 million (around Rs 1,450 crore). On completion of this acquisition, LAG Velsen B.V. will become an indirect wholly owned foreign subsidiary of the company. The transaction is envisaged to be completed by January 1, 2026.

Hindustan Zinc has been declared as 'Successful Bidder' under critical mineral auctions Tranche V conducted by the Ministry of Mines, Government of India, for the Tungsten and Associated Mineral Block in Balepalyam, Sri Satya Sai, Andhra Pradesh. As per the tender document, the Tungsten and Associated Mineral Block is at G3 level of exploration with total area of 308.30 hectares for the block. A composite license deed in favour of the company for Tungsten and Associated Mineral Block will be executed and shall be submitted.

Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (TMPV) has reported many folds jump in its net profit at Rs 82,081 crore for second quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2FY26) as compared to Rs 661 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 7.61% at Rs 13,287 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 12,347 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. On consolidated basis, the company has reported many folds jump in its net profit at Rs 76,170 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3,446 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 13.18% at Rs 73,810 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 85,019 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Websol Energy System has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board (APEDB). This MoU, entered into by Websol Renewables, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, is the initial stage of exploring the development of a 4 GW integrated solar cell and module manufacturing facility in Andhra Pradesh.

United States Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) has completed a product specific PreApproval Inspection at Lupin’s Unit-1 oral solid dosage manufacturing facility in Nagpur. The inspection was carried out from November 10 to November 14, 2025, and concluded with zero 483 observations.

Precision Electronics has bagged an order valued around Rs 1.12 crore from a government entity in the Defense segment. The order is for supply of Quadripod/Tripod with accessories. Execution shall be as per the delivery schedule to be provided by the Customer.
