Pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Euro Pratik Sales has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today. i.e. November 17, 2025, considered following matters: Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, appointed Mrs. Priya Abhishek Jain (DIN: 11358940) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) on the Board of Directors of the Company fora period of 5 consecutive years with effect from November 17, 2025, subject to approval of the members of the Company, who shall hold office up to date of ensuing Annual General Meeting. Further, in accordance with the Circulars dated June 20, 2018 bearing No. LIST/COMP/14/2018- 19 and NSE/CML/2018/24 issued by the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India respectively, they affirmed that Priya Abhishek Jain is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other such authority. Disclosure required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with Para A of Part A of Schedule I1I to the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure ‘C’.
