The project is expected to yield a carpet area of around 2,00,000 square feet, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 400 crore. Further, the company has acquired development rights of parcel of land admeasuring 2008.37 square meters, situated at Dadar (West), Mumbai. The project is expected to yield a carpet area of around 70,000 square feet, with an estimated GDV of Rs 500 crore.
Additionally, the company has purchased a parcel of land admeasuring 3,742.80 square meters, situated at Village Bhandup (Nahur), Mumbai. The project is expected to yield a carpet area of around 1,50,000 square feet with an estimated GDV of Rs 300 crore.
