Tenneco Clean Air India has debuted at Rs 498.00 on the BSE, up by 101 points or 25.44% from its issue price of Rs 397.00.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs. 492.90, up by 95.9 points or 24.16% from its issue price.
It has touched a high and low of Rs. 517.00 and Rs. 479.75 respectively. So far 75.71 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between November 12, 2025 and November 14, 2025 was subscribed 61.79 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 397.00 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 378-397 apiece.
Tenneco Clean Air India is part of the Tenneco Group, a U.S. headquartered key global Tier I automotive component supplier. The company is engaged in the manufacture and supply of automotive components, shock absorbers, struts, catalytic converters, mufflers and exhaust pipes.
