Pursuant Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, S & T Corporation has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at the Meeting held earlier today i.e. Thursday, November 20, 2025 (commenced at 4.00 pm and concluded at 4.30 pm) had in line with Main Object Clause of Memorandum of Association, approved re-starting Textile and Yarn trading business. The textile and yarn trading activities along with existing construction and real estate business is expected to increase turnover and income.
