Refex Industries’ subsidiary -- Venwind Refex Power (VRPL) is all set to acquire 100% equity shareholding comprising 10,000 equity shares at a face value Rs 10 each in Refex Engineering Products (REPPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Refex Holding i.e. promoter of the company. As a result of this acquisition, REPPL will become a step-down subsidiary of the company.
The proposed acquisition is undertaken to consolidate wind energy and its ancillary business under VRPL for enhance integration and operational efficiencies within the company’s business structure. The acquisition will be completed within 30 days.
Refex Industries is a specialist manufacturer and re-filler of Refrigerant gases in India, particularly, environmentally acceptable gases that are replacements for Chloro-fluoro-carbons.
