Orient Electric has informed that it enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisement published in Financial Express (National English Daily) and Odisha Bhaskar (Odisha daily) pertaining to Notice to Equity shareholders for transfer of Unclaimed Dividend Amount(s) and/or underlying shares of the Company to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). The above advertisements were published in the above newspapers on November 24, 2025. Also, in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has enclosed the copy of notice / reminder sent to those shareholders whose dividend remained unclaimed for seven consecutive years, requesting them to claim the same on or before February 10, 2026 failing which the unclaimed dividend amount and corresponding shares shall be transferred to IEPF.
