Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Desco Infratech has informed that the Company has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Maharashtra Natural Gas (MNGL) amounting to Rs. 1,77,23,128.15 in reference to the L1 and L2 bid earlier intimated to the Exchange on 26.09.2025. Further, with reference to its intimation dated 27.10.2025 wherein the Company had informed that it had been declared the successful bidder and was expected to receive LOAs aggregating to approximately ?26 crore, the company has clarified that the MNGL LOA forms pertains to one of the said bids. In addition to the MNGL LOA, the Company has received LOAs/Purchase Orders aggregating to ?6.31 crore (approx.) from the following clients: 1. Adani Total Gas: Rs. 5,04,88,618.70/- 2. KP Energy: Rs. 78,25,212.00/- 3. Sundrops Energia Private Limited: Rs. 5,41,813.00/- 4. Antelopus Selan Energy: Rs. 42,65,625/-.
