The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular bearing Ref. No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure-A. Press Release titled ‘ACME Solar signs PPA with SECI for 200 MW Solar with Battery Storage project’ is annexed. The company has informed that this is a voluntary disclosure.
