Studds Accessories has received approval to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in Spain, Europe. The proposed WOS shall focus on and being incorporated for the purpose of strengthening its presence in Europe and as a part of global growth strategy.
Additionally, the company has received approval for a further investment in Bikerz US Inc., a WOS, amounting to $99897.378. The company intends infusion of capital for future business expansion plans of Bikerz US Inc., which further support the company to strengthen its distribution network in USA.
The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on November 26, 2025, has approved the same.
Studds Accessories is engaged in design, manufacture, market and sell of two-wheeler helmets under the ‘Studds’ and ‘SMK’ brands and other accessories (such as two-wheeler luggage, gloves, helmet locking device, rain suits, riding jacket and eye wear) under the ‘Studds’ brand.
